Vintage United Air Cleaner Corporation Tri-Phase heavy-duty dry air-cleaner assembly.
This style of remote-mounted air cleaner was commonly used on period off-road vehicles, including Volkswagen-powered Baja Bugs, Meyers Manx dune buggies and other vintage fiberglass buggies. It was also suitable for industrial, agricultural and stationary engines operating in dusty environments.
The air cleaner appears to have seen little or possibly no actual operating use. There are a few light scratches and installation marks that suggest it may have been test-fitted or previously mounted. Because its complete history is unknown, I cannot guarantee that it has never been run.

* Mounting bracket is included
* Retaining hardware and loose components shown in the photographs are included
