Vtg 60s Morrocan Shawl or Djellaba Fabric,lots of yardage, Exotic Hippie Decor For Sale

I bought this in Tangiers to drape around my waterbed in the late sixties.  There is a small nail hole, and a couple of small areas of old candle wax drippings  ,otherwise just needs a steaming. I think it is rayon, not 100% sure. It has a bit of a sheen and the selvage threads look like rayon.  Lots of yardage. Over 12 feet. Not sure what it\'s intended use was, but I bought it at a stand in a souk that had tables piled high with this stuff. Has been stored in my locker for decades, still  no odors to speak of. Original manufacturers label on one end. Dark wine color, subtle blue check pattern, brightly striped edges and hem area. (4 yards plus a few inches by 44\" wide.)

A true hippie relic.;)
