We believe there maybe a short or loose bulb. Two extra bulbs are included with the one set. Selling as is / Parts not working. We do not know why they go off and then come back on and can not guarantee they will work on arrival. Plastic chimneys are 2 1/2” tall. 12 lights per cord with 15” between sockets. One box is complete with all plastic clamp fasteners and 2 extra bulbs.One box does not have extra build and only 3 fasteners. This box also shows wear on the end of the top cover.Both boxes have normal wear from handling and storage.
