This is an original press photo. Ali Akbar Khan (Musician). Sarodist Ali Akbar Khan will give two concerts of North Indian music, Tuesday and Thursday, 8 p.m., at the UW Hub Auditorium. A former court musician for the Maharapa of Jodhpur, Khan first visited the United States in 1955 at the special request of Yehudi Menuhin. Since then he has toured the world extensively, appearing recently at the Newport Folk Festival and Expo 67 in Montreal. Photo measures 10 x 8.25 inches. Photo is dated 10-13-1967.
