This is a vintage collector's plate titled "Out of the Blaze" from Bradford Brown by Reco International.

It was the first issue in the "Everyday Heroes"plate collection, is dated 1998, and measures approximately 8.25" in diameter.

The plate is in great pre-owned condition and has a certificate of authenticity.
