In reality, there was one small piece of stained glass that obtained a “hairline crack” (their words, their pictures) We immediately said we’d issue a full refund on return, even paying shipping. Fraudsters have no intention of returning the item, they search for any little reason they can demand a partial refund (a tiny hairline crack in one small piece of a 60 year old stained glass lamp). We HIGHLY recommend you block them, policies have loopholes which the scammers/Fraudsters have figure out.
