It was made by using several techniques: Painting, Lithographic type printed outlines and a Three Dimensional Silken Rosette. The Sash is lined in a beautifully glowing silken material. It hails from either a French, Spanish or Italian source, It is vintage, but we do not know the exact age. Yellow fringes were probably added later. Approximately 33 inches long with fringes and 5 ½ inches wide. Solidly made and in very good vintage condition with only some normal expected minor wear (some areas of paint worn away, but easily re-touchable. No serious problems.
