Vintage Alexander Taron Richard Glaesser Candle Powered 4 Tier Nativity Scene: $325.98
This is one of the most interesting things I've ever had. It was hand made in Germany around 1950. It stands 22" tall with the propellers attached and they are 13" in diameter. The base is 9" wide. The propellers are attached to a rod that runs through the middle of the levels and turns the levels like a carousel by the heat rising from the candles.The bottom level has the 3 wise men and their camels on the way to see the baby Jesus. The next level is the nativity with Mary, Joseph, and the baby Jesus along with sheep and shepherds. The next level has an angel, sheep and a shepherd. The top level has three angels with trumpets. The people that made this have a very interesting story also. I would suggest you Google it.
