EDISON STANDARD PHONOGRAPH BY THOMAS EDISON. SOLD AS IS FOR PARTS OR REPAIR. NOT COMPLETE INCLUDES ONLY WHAT YOU SEE PICTURED ABOVE. APPEARS TO BE IN GOOD MECHANICAL CONDITION. ALL GEARS UPPER AND LOWER SEEM TO WORK FINE. WHEN TURNING ANY POINT ALL GEARS ROTATE TOGETHER IN SEQUENCE. ALL BUTTONS AND LEVERS SEEM TO FUNCTION. THERE ARE NO SCREWS CURRENTLY HOLDING THE MOTOR TO THE BASE.
A MARVEL OF ENGINEERING THAT WENT INTO THIS MACHINE. DOESN’T LOOK LIKE IT HAS BEEN TINKERED WITH. WHAT IS THERE APPEARS TO BE ALL ORIGINAL.
I DID NOT CLEAN ANYTHING. THE WAY IT LOOKS IS THE WAY I FOUND IT. PLEASE REVIEW THE PHOTOS. THE PICTURES ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THE DESCRIPTION.
