Hard to describe this unique piece .. but could work in a home or a business as a Display for many food items
3 Removable Baskets that are removable or sit in place on the footed base.

Looks like a Silverplate but was very hard to polish so not sure how bright you could get it and unsure if it is actually a silverplate although I was able to get it brighter with silver polish, I expected it would shine up bright but it did not .
Metal also has a brass tinge in areas so could be brass under the metal.
Measures approximately 29" wide across with the baskets in place and 10" Tall .
