Two birth certificates, two prescription books, and an instruction for the dispatch of his supplies stored in the institution\'s provisions chamber are enclosed.
The identified books and other individual items relate to the accepted tasks, which are, according to instruction and supervision, to be recorded in the medical register.

und andern Einzelsachen beziehen sich
auf den übernommenen Aufgaben,
welche zufolge Anweisung und Kontrolle
in das Sanitätsbuch aufgenommen
werden.
