• Set of fifty (50) cards
• Dickens characters are depicted in full color, along with their names and the novels where they appeared
• On the back are more detailed descriptions of each character. 2-5.8" x 1-3/8"
• In nice condition. Back paper has a bit of wear. It would be good to replace the paper and realign 3 cards that have become crooked during shipping. When we moved this was shook a bit. I would do it but feel its best for the buyer to after its shipped again. Its valued at over $1,500 and I feel I am listing this at a reasonable price.
• First issued by Player in 1912 as two sets of 25 cards, and reissued in 1923 as a set of 50
• Mounted in frame by British Cigarette Framing Company with Authenticity and Information regarding the cards
• The frame measures 27" x 23" and the cards are mounted with plastic corners to prevent damage.
• The back of the frame did have some water spilled on a corner when moving it and there is a stain on the paper/it did not go through and was stopped immediately from any damage to the cards
