1936 Alfred Landon Runs For President, FDR Presidential Election, Vintage Newspaper History and Artwork, Original History Memorabilia, History Gifts, Retro Artwork and Gifts for Men, Vintage Advertisements

Condition: The newspaper is in Average condition with edge fraying and the pages are looseleaf. This newspaper is incredibly fragile as well, given the type of paper they had to use to produce pictures on the paper (mostly woodpulp).Description: A fascinating newspaper piece on Landon, who ran against FDR, emphasizing that no other president had run a 3rd time. It failed however and FDR would become the first and only president to run/win office more than twice.
