- Manufacturer: Willitts Designs, an American company based in Petaluma, California, that produced licensed Star Trek memorabilia in the early-to-mid 1990s.
- Subject: The U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701-D (Galaxy-class starship from Star Trek: The Next Generation). (Note: Willitts also produced original series NCC-1701 pieces featuring William Shatner, whereas the TNG line features Captain Jean-Luc Picard/Patrick Stewart).
- Design & Display:
- The figurine/statue mounts the Enterprise model onto a high-quality polystyrene or textured display base.
- The Halodome Star Globe version suspends the Enterprise inside a glitter-filled dome meant to simulate a deep-space holographic effect, resting on a black base with a gold foil-stamped TNG logo.
- Lights and Sounds:
- Features an illuminated display (lighting up elements like the ship/nacelles depending on the specific model).
- Includes a built-in sound/music chip that plays the Star Trek: The Next Generation theme music.
- Select TNG editions feature the voice of Captain Jean-Luc Picard (Patrick Stewart) reciting the iconic \"Space: the final frontier...\" introduction.
- Power Source: Typically runs on three AA batteries (not always included with vintage/secondhand listings).
