1999 Topps Pokemon TV Animation Edition #09 Blastoise – Vintage 90s NostalgiaA great piece of 1990s Pokemon nostalgia featuring Blastoise from the original Pokemon TV era!Back in the late 1990s, Topps entered the Pokemon collecting craze with its own line of trading cards inspired by the television series. For a brief time, Topps brought its own unique style to the Pokemon hobby, creating cards that many fans remember collecting alongside their traditional Pokemon cards. These TV Animation Edition cards have a special place in the memories of collectors who grew up during the original Pokemon boom.As a collector from Brooklyn, New York, I appreciate the nostalgia behind these older cards and the memories they bring back from the days of collecting as a kid.Condition: Lightly Played (LP)This card has been sitting in a binder for many, many years. The corners are not perfect, and there is some slight whitening consistent with age and long-term storage. Aside from these imperfections, the card presents very cleanly overall, with its colorful Blastoise artwork and eye-catching holographic finish still looking great. Please review all photos carefully, as they are part of the description and provide the best representation of the card’s condition.Card Details:* Character: Blastoise #09* Manufacturer: Topps* Series: Pokemon TV Animation Edition* Era: 1990s* Card type: Holographic foil* Condition: Lightly Played (LP)* Raw, ungraded collectibleWhether you’re revisiting your childhood collection, building a vintage Pokemon display, or collecting original-era Topps cards, this Blastoise is a nostalgic piece from a unique chapter in Pokemon trading card history.Thank you for checking out my listing and supporting a fellow collector!
