These are vintage Cold War-era military radiation dosimeters designed to be worn by personnel and used to record accumulated exposure to X-ray and gamma radiation.

The original technical sheet describes the DT-60/PD as a non-self-indicating personnel dosimeter using a radiophotoluminescent glass element. It was designed to work with the CP-95/PD Radiac Computer-Indicator to determine accumulated radiation exposure.

An unusually complete surviving group for a Cold War, U.S. Navy, atomic-age, nuclear history, civil defense, militaria or vintage scientific-instrument collection.
The detectors appear to be new old stock/unused military surplus and many remain in their original wrappers. One package was opened for identification and photography as shown. The equipment has not been tested and is being sold strictly as vintage collectible military surplus. No representation is made regarding present-day functionality, calibration or suitability for radiation monitoring or personal protection.
