American M1 Helmet & Liner from WW II:

This is a WW II helmet made between 1943 and 1944. The seam in the middle of the front lip indicates the time period as rear seams were used after 1944. The rotating bales (attachment points for strap) also indicate time period. The steel helmet has a large and small dent. The liner also has a small crack in the brim. Please see photos!
