This is an antique 19th century Napoleon lll French Baker wall clock. Has a porcelain dial with wood and glass frame. Measures approximately 24” inches long, 19” inches wide, 5” inches deep, and weighs about 14 pounds. Clock is not running, not sure what’s wrong with it. It does wind ( Both springs are good) . Pendulum moves and it ticks but it stops after a few seconds. The gong chime is working properly. Cosmetic wise it is in fair condition with some minor damage around the edge of the frame, which is due to old age. Defenectly needs restoration. Key is not included.
