Antique French/Italian Presentation Box With Grisaille Cupid Miniature & Jeweled:
$450.00

A refined round presentation box (bonbonnière) & gilt metal rim mount. The glazed lid centers on a hand-painted grisaille miniature depicting a winged cherub, likely Cupid, holding a bow and torch — a sentimental motif typical of 18th-century French and Italian gift boxes. The miniature is framed by a decorative border set with small cabochon stones and marbled panels reminiscent of moss agate.
Dimensions: 2"D, 1"H
