This is a beautiful antique porcelain chocolate pot / lidded syrup pitcher, dating to the late Victorian or Edwardian era (circa 1890-1910).This piece features elegant, hand-painted orchid-style floral motifs in muted earth tones, accented by intricate raised gold scrollwork along the rim and a gilded handle and finial. The underside of the base is signed with the artist\'s hand-painted initials, \"MEW.\" Condition Report:The pitcher is in good antique condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. The original lid is present and fits securely. There is consistent, all-over fine glaze crazing throughout the body, which is common for porcelain of this age and adds to its authentic antique character. The gold gilt on the handle and rim shows minor, expected age-related wear but remains largely intact and bright.
