Antique Minton Delft Cinnabar Red Porcelain Tea Set – Registered 1871

This antique English Minton porcelain set features the Delft pattern in cinnabar-red print with elegant gold trim. The Delft pattern was registered on September 9, 1871, the first year of production. Blue was more common, making the red colorway a rarity in this pattern.

The 13-piece set includes four cups, four saucers, four dessert plates, and one serving platter with closed handles. The combination of rich red decoration, gilded accents, and classic English porcelain makes this an appealing set for collectors of antique Minton and Victorian tableware.

Many pieces bear an impressed Minton mark. As shown in the photographs, not every piece carries the registration diamond or the Minton Delft (4): 2-1/8\" tall; 3-1/4\" rim diameter; 2-1/4\" base diameter

Saucers (4): 4-3/4\" diameter; 7/8\" tall

Dessert plates (4): 5-5/8\" diameter

Serving platter (1): 10-1/4\" diameter, including closed handles
