Arthur Ashe- 1979 Original Signed Photograph: $200.00
Robert Quinty, an avid autograph collector was at a match Arthur Ashe was in on 1/23/79 when he took this photograph of Arthur Ashe in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He then had it developed in a dark room as a canvas type print and then had Arthur Ashe sign it. The first pen was in blue ballpoint where Ashe wrote; \"For Robert Best Wishes,\" but the ink was not adhering well so he then took a red ballpoint pen and signed it \"Arthur Ashe.\" The photograph is in very good condition and is a one of one piece. No other image exists of this photograph nor could there ever be another signed such as this. Very nice! Comes with a full Letter of Authenticity from Todd Mueller Authentics.
