Austro-Hungarian Bayonet frog ( Bajonettasche).The most notable feature of this particular frog is its condition, it was manufactured before the war from high-quality pigskin and was never used in trenches, the vast majority of Australian leather bayonet frogs found today are wartime-issue items made of coarse leather, in poor or very poor condition.
