rare vintage leather buttons, with metal loop,
in dark brown leather composition,
featuring the hanging lamb icon on the
front and other leather components
held together to form the button.
It appears that 2 to 3 leather parts
were held together by adhesive and
therefore the buttons are quite delicate
and not too suitable for repeated use as
closures which may weaken the buttons.
The best way to preserve the buttons is
to use them only for their unique appearance
on an outfit for the classic and unique look
and nostalgic appearance, or for someone
who are simply collectors or fans of the famed
BrooksBrothers legacy and their history of
their birth to the fashion world since 1818.
Please refrain from offerding if you are unable to
tolerate these conditions.
In our over 10 years of collecting thousands of
button sets, and the selling of them, we have
not seen this golden fleece icon buttons done
in leather, so if there are no takers, we will keep
them in our mini museum of interesting buttons
when we retire from our activities.
