CONDITION:
Low-grade original copy that remains attached and presents well considering its age.
Front cover retains strong yellow, red, blue and green color with excellent eye appeal and an unusual frozen Viking/warrior image.
Visible defects include substantial spine wear and splitting, creasing, edge and corner wear, small tears, surface wear, discoloration and general age-related handling wear.
Back cover is present and exhibits age-related tanning, edge wear, creasing and general handling wear.
Interior pages remain attached and exhibit expected tanning and age-related wear while retaining strong color and readable artwork.
No numerical grade has been assigned.
An excellent affordable example of Ace pre-Code horror and a particularly interesting issue as the final Baffling Mysteries published before the title transitioned to Comics Code-approved material.
