It appears to be a snakeskin design on leather.

Bag is about 14 1/2 x 14 x 3 1/2 inches deep. Handles are an additional 7 inches on top.

Condition as seen in photos. It has some small spots that might be able to be cleaned. A few tiny areas of wear with a larger wear area under the clasp flap. Please consider listing photos part of the description. As found and as is.
