USE A 50/50 MIX OF FERRIC CHLORIDE AND WHITE VINEGAR. I NEVER GO PAST 400 GRRT FINISH. AFTER THAT YOU ARE MAKING IT HARDER FOR THE CHEMICALS TO REACT WITH THE STEEL.
