Chinese Ru-Yi Coin Turquoise Green Mix Glaze Wall Floor Clay Tile ws3587 For Sale

This turquoise ceramic tile is a beautiful example of a Chinese \"Coin\" screen tile. Traditionally used as decorative ventilation or \"pierced windows\" in garden walls, its openwork design allows for air circulation and glimpses of the landscape while maintaining privacy.

The central \"coin\" motif symbolizes wealth and prosperity, while the ornate cloud-like borders represent good fortune and longevity.

Because of its vibrant glaze and geometric structure, this tile can serve as more than just a wall accent:

Moon Gate Accent: Embed several tiles into a garden wall or a circular \"moon gate\" to create decorative peek-throughs that frame specific plants or statues on the other side.

Backlit Privacy Screen: Set the tiles into a wooden or stone frame to create a partition for a patio. At night, placing low-voltage lighting behind the tiles will cast intricate, geometric shadows across your garden floor.

Water Feature Focal Point: Mount the tile on the back wall of a fountain or a stone basin. The turquoise glaze looks stunning when wet and complements the movement of water.

Raised Planter Inlay: If you have concrete or brick raised beds, inset these tiles into the sides at regular intervals to break up the solid surface with color and texture.

Stepping Stone Border: While too delicate to be used as a primary walking surface, they can be set into gravel or groundcover (like moss) as decorative \"non-walkable\" borders around a meditation area.

Bring an element of classical Eastern elegance to your outdoor sanctuary with this stunning turquoise ceramic screen tile. Crafted with a high-gloss, crackle-glaze finish, this piece features the traditional Chinese \"Coin\" pattern—a timeless symbol of abundance and harmony.

The intricate openwork (pierced) design is framed by stylized scrollingruyiclouds, adding a sense of movement and ancient artistry. Its rich, teal-leaning turquoise hue provides a striking contrast against natural greenery, stone, or wood. Weather-resistant and structurally bold, this tile is an ideal choice for architectural inlays, garden walls, or as a standalone piece of outdoor wall art.
