EARLY Antique 18th-19th C LIVE EDGE Wood CARVED Pair Candleholders OOAK Burl? We have owned these candle-holders for over 30 years and have never seen another similar pair or set. We did research on them and have not been able to find anything out about them nor have we seen any similar to these. We believe them to be early but we are not sure of any dating or what they would be called. They look like what is called Live Edge but they are earlier than any we have seen. They are fabulous and are truly one of a kind. These approx 6.25\"-6.5\" tall candle holders feature openings for the candles that will accommodate a taper candle, they are beautifully carved with gorgeous turned stems and the tops and bases are simply naturally beautiful as well with what may be called live edges - but that is only similar to what we saw in newer items on the internet. They could possibly made of burl wood but again we are not sure. They are sold with the descriptions as is as we could not find any similar items at all.
