Ghost Manor #22 (Charlton, March 1975). Steve Ditko horror! \"A Shocking Tale\" is full Ditko, pencils and inks, over a Joe Gill script: an electric-chair story about a prison executioner who has pulled the switch fifty-three times. This is the co-creator of Spider-Man and Doctor Strange in his 1970s Charlton period, and the art looks great in this copy.
Cover by Don Newton, who also draws \"The Ghost Writer\" (script by Nicola Cuti). Bronze Age Charlton horror anthology, 25 cent cover.
Condition: glossy black cover with strong color and sharp corners. A few light spine indentations that don\'t break color. Light scattered foxing in the back-cover margins (pictured). Inside, the first page has a diagonal fold across the bottom corner, and a few pages have a production crimp along the bottom edge that doesn\'t reach the covers (both pictured). Staples are clean and tight at the centerfold. Pages are cream. I\'d call it VF- to VF. The photos are the condition report, what you see is exactly what ships.
