This superb hammered aluminum small tray 4 1/2” long x 3 1/2” wide was made in Switzerland. The craftsmanship is superb in detail and dimensionality . Lady Liberty is in the foreground, prominently displayed and the skyline of the East Side of Manhattan along the East RIVER in the background. The EMPIRE STATE BUILDING, the Chrysler Buiilding and the UNITED NATIONS CAN BE RECOGNIZED. That fact it was Swiss made is interesting.
Repurposed today to put your ear buds on, pins, post its, phone, etc.
It is not indented and not scratched. Rests evenly. Hence not warped. The detail is sharp and clear and it exhibits little to no wear. Seller thinks it was made in the early to mid 1960’s. There are no World Trade Center buildings.

Switzerland is stamped on reverse. Interesting note that reverse is mirror image of front. Its scalloped edges further augments its aesthetics.
