Van Nostrand Company in 1921 and republished by Camden Miniature Steam Services in 1994 as second printing - corrected. Book is in very good condition , appears to have never been read. No dust jacket. Dark green coversin very good condition with no scrapes, dents or shelf wear. Gilt titling on front and spine. binding is clean and tight and all pages are clean and white - no yellowing.
