A Masterpiece of Erotic Art by the Legendary Milo Manara.
Available for your collection is the rare 1985 "Il diario di Sandra F." portfolio, published by the prestigious Glittering Images (Firenze). This is not a standard art book, but a strictly limited edition collection of 8 oversized plates, hand-signed and numbered by Manara himself.
Investment Highlights:
• Authenticity: Hand-signed and numbered (282/600) by Milo Manara on the title plate.
• Limited Run: Only 600 copies were ever produced worldwide; few remain intact as complete sets.
• Art Quality: Includes 8 stunning, full-color plates (Planches 1-8) showcasing Manara’s peak 1980s aesthetic—unrivaled line work and watercolor mastery.
Condition Report:
• The Plates: All 8 internal plates are in Excellent to Near Mint condition. The colors are vibrant, and the paper is crisp. These are perfect for professional framing and would make a stunning gallery wall.
• The Portfolio Folder: The outer cream-colored folder shows some vintage character, including foxing (age spotting) and minor shelf wear consistent with its 40-year age.
This is a rare opportunity to own a signed piece of comic history from the world’s most famous erotic illustrator. Whether you are a Manara completist or looking for high-end decor, this portfolio is a definitive 80s classic.
Shipping: Will be shipped flat and over-packed with heavy-duty cardboard to ensure the plates arrive in pristine condition.
