Based on the signatures, this appears to be from the 1980s or early 1990s
As visible in the image, there is a bit of what appears to be water damage in the lower right on the mat portion only, with some slight surface paper loss on the lower right edge. The mat is slightly wavy with some ripples on the lower right edge. The poster board itself (with the three drawings) is in very good condition, with a slight amount of smudging to the right of Minnie.
