Sepia photographic view across a lake toward a wooded mountain, with shoreline reeds and shrubs in the foreground. The pencil notation on the reverse appears to read 'Piseco Lake (N.Y.)'; the locality reading remains uncertain. The divided reverse has no mailing address, stamp or postmark. Green '584' appears on the front margin, with pencil '584' on the reverse. The front shows dark rubbing near the upper left margin and a small brown mark at the right margin; the edges and corners show wear.
