Pre Civil war Correspondence capital extension and Post Office DC 1838-1860 For Sale

I have a correspondence book of the capital and post office in Washington DC .first few pages are for the capital extension but most of the book is the heating and ventilation in the post office.dates on the letters are from 1838 to 1860 there are 223 pages of written letters and signatures before the Civil War was started. I have not had the time to go through all the letters and signatures most of them about the plumbing and diagrams nothing exciting. there were a couple of signatures of Montgomery m.c meigs that served in the civil war. this is a great piece of history. The book is still intact. There is some damage
I don’t know much about it if you have any questions I can try to the answer the best can
