You are offerding on aPre-WWII 1933–1934 U.S. Navy Battle Force Football Championship Medal VERY RARE
Mark: No HallmarksSize: 2.21 inches tall and the Football itself is .94 inch wideLong pin and open C latch function as intended
Extremely rare Medal that is a first of it's kind that we have observed.A remarkably preserved, early-20th-century U.S. Navy fleet athletic award. The medal features a detailed, three-dimensional miniature American football charm. The football is crafted with a realistically pebbled texture and prominent raised laces running across the center.Directly integrated into the front casting, the words "BATTLE FORCE" and "CHAMPIONSHIP" arc perfectly above the laces in a clean, crisp sans-serif block font. Stamped neatly below the laces is the specific season designation, "1933-34".The football charm is suspended via its original integrated loop and jump ring from a traditional, tri-color patriotic ribbon (vertical stripes of red, white, and blue). The ribbon shows honest, age-appropriate wear and light fraying along the top edge, confirming its authenticity and untouched status.
