Professionally restored Wally Frank "Natural Sun cured" smaller lovat tobacco pi For Sale

This Professionally restored Wally Frank "Natural Sun Cured" lovat says "Second" on the bottom but I don't know why. It usually means not up to par, but I don't see anything that shows it was. Especially after the restoration job! Anyway, it's a compact size, perfect for walking around with and taking places. It was completely refinished and cleaned well inside. The stem was soaked in Lbepen solution then sanded thru the grits and waxed with carnuba. The stummel had a hard wax finish of carnuba. It's a real gem for a second!
