A vintage Realistic AM pocket transistor radio by Radio Shack. This compact, battery-operated radio features a built-in speaker, analog tuning dial covering the full AM band (540–1600 kHz), and an attached wrist strap for on-the-go listening. Powered by a single 9V battery (not included). Made in Hong Kong.
Condition
Tested and working. The radio pulls in AM stations with decent reception, though the audio has a slight crackle to it. Both the tuning and volume/power knobs turn smoothly. The silver finish shows scuffs and patina typical for a radio of this vintage. The wrist strap is intact with its original metal clip. The battery compartment is clean with no corrosion, and the original inspector sticker and schematic diagram are still present inside. No battery is included.
