This is an absolutely stunning, rare and iconic pink rose floral silk dress by Roberto Cavalli! Features gorgeous hand painted floral rose detailing, specks of glitter throughout accentuating the art. Excellent vintage condition.
Measurements:
Bust 30″ Waist 26″ Hips 34″. The length is asymmetrical, with a two layered ruffled silk chiffon bottom. It measures from the top of the zipper to the bottom 28″ – 34″. The way the top portion is designed, it is fitted through the midsection, V shaped, and then flares out at the bottom where ti attaches to the ruffles. It has hand painted accents with Just Cavalli signatures on the silk lining inside, as well as on the hardware. The bust is lined in the same silk, as is on the surface of the dress.
The hardware is silver tone metal, with a round Just Cavalli signature on the top of the zipper. The side zipper measures 13″. The spaghetti straps attach to a round silver ring, and also have a 3.5″ chain with a small .75″ silver plaque with Just Cavalli stamped on it.
The label on the dress is a European size 40. It is closer to a size 4-6, and because it has a bra like top, it is designed for a smaller bust size. The bust across the very top is 32″ and a couple of inches lower, from dart to dart 30″. The halter goes up to a V in the back and attaches to the hardware. The length of the spaghetti straps is 7″.
