Sweet Home Mine Rhodochrosite on Quartz with Pyrite & Wild UV glow Alma Colorado: $750.00
From the premier rhodochrosite location on the planet. These old stock pieces are becoming harder & harder to source. Prices keep skyrocketing and I can’t keep up with my meager salary and paying all these dang kitty vet bills. Anywayssss this piece is an eye catcher. A vein of strong pink rhodo rhombs surround a small quartz crystal pocket that’s coated like sugar in small pyrite crystals. Some of the rhodos are gemmy, but all have that striking pink color. I know Sweet home is known for those cherry reds, but you have to appreciate when the pinks are THAT pink. It’s like candy. Not pictured is the wild yellow UV glow that this piece offers. Need to nab a picture of that but it’s pretty similar to all other sweet home UV glows you’ll see around. That striking yellow.
