VTG 60s Anthropomorphic Veggie Head Kitchen Decor Kitschy Eyelashes Hong Kong: $89.95
Up for sale is a wonderfully quirky, vintage MCM anthropomorphic vegetable featuring a Red Tomato Head. It is stylized with dramatic retro eyelashes, bright painted lips and a dapper black top hat. The head is set on a pick rising out of an overflowing arrangement of faux miniature tomatoes, green peppers, green foliage and plastic ferns. The arrangement sits neatly inside an embossed off-white textured faux stone or wicker style pedestal base. It is authentically marked with the vintage MADE IN HONG KONG paper labels intact. It stands app. 8.5\" tall and is in excellent vintage condition. The colors are bright and vibrant with no major cracks or breaks to the plastics. The delicate eyelashes and top hats are intact. Made of colorful molded plastic in Hong Kong, this Veggie Head is the definition of retro kitchen kitsch and makes a incredible conversation piece for any MCM or farmhouse display.
Please check out my other vintage treasures. I am alwayshappy to combine shipping when possible.
