Vintage 1970s/80s Hopi Parrot Kachina Katsina Doll Carved Wood 11.5” Wooden For Sale

Vintage 1970s/80s Hopi-style Parrot Kachina/Katsina carved wooden figure. This colorful Southwestern figure features a turquoise mask, red side tabs, layered carved feather detailing, green neck ruff, geometric ceremonial clothing and a turquoise gourd-style rattle. The Parrot Katsina is traditionally known as Kyash or Kyaro.

Measures approximately 11.5” tall.

Condition: Pre-owned vintage condition. A piece of the feather on the top of the head is broken off. Looks like there might have been a beak or mouth that is missing. Adhesive residue is present on the bottoms of the feet. Please review all photos carefully for exact condition.
