This Japanese large  Kokeshi Doll by Usaburo Okamoto is a handmade wooden collectible , showcasing traditional Japanese culture. This is an iconic , statuesque doll that has been popular for decades.The visible woodgrain adds depth and interest.The doll is in excellent  vintage condition, but as pictured, the box has been damaged. A  wooden stand and kifuda ( wooden placard) are also included.   The artists signature is etched and 2 stickers are on the doll adding a touch of authenticity and history.
