More info:
• House of Prill Soft Cheese Scoop 925 and Stainless Steel - Made in Sheffield, England: The wider shovel-shaped tool on the right is a traditional cheese scoop. Popularized during the Victorian era, it was specifically designed to scoop and serve rich, crumbly, or soft cheeses—most famously Stilton cheese—directly from the wheel or crock without breaking it apart.
• Wooden Handle Cheese Corer - Made in Italy (Cheese Taster / Sampler): The long, semi-cylindrical trough-like blade on the left is a cheese corer. It was used by merchants and connoisseurs to plunge deep into a large wheel of cheese, pull out an intact cylindrical core plug for inspection, taste for quality and maturity, and then replace the rind cap back onto the hole to keep the wheel sealed.
