This is a beautiful ornament with an intricate design. It is a river boat on the Mississippi River in La Crosse WI. The bottom banner reads Mississippi River at La Crosse. Across the top is a bridge. This was produced by the Preservaton Alliance of La Crosse in 2013 and comes in a box with a description card. I am not a collector and I\'m not sure what to look for. I have provided pictures from each angle and noted anything that I saw. This is sold as is so please as questions.
