Vintage, RARE Mickey Mantle’s Central Park Restaurant Dinner Menu NYC: $115.00
This is a VINTAGE, circa late 1980s Mickey Mantle Restaurant Menu from his place on Central Park South. The White version is VERY RARE as they simply don't exist anymore. So happy I was gifted this back in 1988! Nearly 40 years old. It closed on June 5, 2012. The original Mickey Mantle's Restaurant opened at 42 Central Park South in 1988 and became a Manhattan landmark for Yankees fans and tourists. The place was packed with memorabilia, served classic American fare like burgers, and was a hangout after Old Timers Day at Yankee Stadium. It closed in 2012, but people still talk about the atmosphere and the chance of running into the Mick himself.Pictured is the cover of the menu, the inside MENU itself and the back cover. Mickey Charles Mantle (October 20, 1931 – August 13, 1995), nicknamed "The Mick" and the "Commerce Comet," was an American professional baseball player who spent his entire 18-year Major League Baseball (MLB) career with the New York Yankees from 1951 to 1968. We will ship in specialty box so you get it in same condition we mail it in. A magnificent holiday gift for the Mickey Mantle or Yankee fan in your life.
