Vintage Smith’s TRI-HONE three-stone sharpening system with the attractive original solid wood base and rotating stone holder.

Includes three sharpening surfaces:

Fine — 1,000 grit natural Arkansas stone

Medium — 800 grit synthetic stone

Coarse — 300 grit synthetic stone

The stones have been used only a few times and show very little actual wear. There is some normal surface discoloration/residue from sharpening and storage, as shown in the photos, but the stone surfaces remain in very nice usable condition.

Wood base is also in very good vintage condition with attractive grain and clearly visible Smith’s TRI-HONE lettering. The rotating holder allows you to quickly select the desired sharpening stone.

A nice older Smith’s sharpening system that is both fully functional and considerably more attractive than the modern plastic-base versions.
