We believe this vest is NEW old stock.
Does not seem to be worn or used- the marks on the vests we believe are just from age and storage.
All the labels are still around the pockets.
Please see the photos and make your own opinion.
As we feel this is still brand new, unworn.
See photos for condition!

ALL SALES FINAL, once an order has been placed, there are absolutely NO cancellations.
Sorry, but it has come to this point where we have to leave this message. Too many buyers leaving negatives, etc. over issues we already told them before they purchased.
*once an order has been placed, We DO NOT offer any cancellations. Too many buyers have been cancelling because of “ordered by mistake,” and taking advantage of ’s policies. Please buy only if you want to buy it. We will not cancel, and we will not accept returns if it doesn’t fit. Please double check the measurements or ask any questions if you are unsure of purchasing it.
