I believe this is a E. C. Stearns saw vice but not 100% sure. The turning key on the bench mount has been replaced and rewelded with a simple piece of iron. Everything works as it should. The clamp measures 9.5" long with the whole item being approximately 13" long. Weighs 6 lbs, 13 oz. I will give you a description, to the best of my knowledge, regarding age and information found on those unique pieces.
